Shipping policy
Your shipping cost is determined by weight and is calculated when you add items to your cart. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a consignment number and the Carrier used to ship your order.
Please note that tracking only becomes available after 9:00PM AEDST on the day that your order is shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Within Australia)
Metro Areas : 1-2 Business Days
Regional and Rural Areas : 2-4 Business Days
All shipping time frames are subject to stock and availability.
Tracking Information
After you have completed the checkout and payment process you will receive an order confirmation by email. At this time we're processing your order and once it has been packaged and is ready for collection, you'll receive an update by email with the Tracking ID and information on how to track your order.
Delivery Addresses
We ship to residential and business addresses. Shipping to a business address can be beneficial as the recipient or anyone authorised to accept the delivery on their behalf must be present when the order is delivered. It means you may get your gear sooner. When there is no-one at the address, or the person at the address can't or won't accept delivery, and we don't have authority to leave the parcel, the courier will leave a calling card with information on how to collect the order. Same Day Shipping Information
Orders placed before 3:00PM AEDST Monday-Friday are shipped on the same day (unless it's a public holiday or a weekend).
Sydney Metro Same Day Courier Service
We offer a same-day delivery service for Sydney metro customers. If you live in an eligible post code, you will see a Same Day Courier (6-9pm) delivery option. Order before 1pm AEST and your order will be delivered that night with SMS updates advising time of delivery. All packages will be left on your doorstep. Not valid for business addresses and PO Boxes. Certain items may not be eligible to be shipped via Courier and will revert to our standard shipping.
Are there any exclusions?
Custom orders are built to spec and ship within 3-6 weeks depending on stock and the manufacturer; non-custom builds will ship per the above timeframes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing a consignment number and the Carrier used to ship your order. Please go to the carrier's website and input your tracking number. Please note that tracking only becomes available after 9 pm AEST on the day that your order is shipped.
